Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of custom software components to meet project requirements.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
- Strong experience in developing and customizing web content management solutions using Adobe Experience Manager.
- Ability to work with modern web technologies and frameworks to build scalable and maintainable software.
- Experience in integrating Adobe Experience Manager with other enterprise systems and third-party services.
- Familiarity with agile software development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Competence in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing application performance within Adobe Experience Manager environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
