We foster an inclusive culture and are looking for diverse, talented people to join Alcon.As Associate, MS&T (Process Control), you will provide support and lead in process control, process and product improvements based on parameters monitoring, lead yield improvement projects, and support major investigations for customers' complaints and NCR cases.In this role, a typical day will include: 1) Technical supporting implementation of new innovative technologies for manufacturing including the development of a systematic approach for developing requirements for new equipment.2) Maintain oversight of the process performance (end-to-end) based on parameter monitoring to the production, door to door at the Site, to ensure execution of processes on-time, continuously improving in quality and efficiency (including resolving process technical issues), SOPs and applicable guidelines and norms.3) Ongoing intra and inter batch monitoring and other process related metrics4) Data collection, tracking, analysis and reporting for process metrics and continuous monitoring.5) Leading yield improvement projects. a. Lead and manage projects according to assigned timelineb. Coordinate with stakeholders for project detailsc. Manage Change Request, draft and execute protocols6) Track CM parameters and monitor all critical / key variables as appropriate for the assigned product(s), such as Critical Process Parameters (CPP), In Process Control (IPC) parameters, Product Quality Attributes, Characteristics of raw materials. etc) using statistical analysis and conducting regular product specific data trending.7) Utilize data trending and statistical analysis to: a. Deepen and broaden processunderstanding and knowledge.b. Detect issues in process capability, such as systematic quality defects.c. Identify trends of process deviations (e.g. deviation with common root cause).d. Issue quarterly/annual data trending report.e. Ensure data and trending is visible and communicated at shopfloor level8.
