- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and strategic initiatives across Block Advisors and Wave
- Partner with GTM Strategy and marketing leaders to develop project plans, timelines, and launch requirements
- Align cross-functional teams around priorities, objectives, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate work across marketing, product, lifecycle marketing, creative, operations, finance, legal, and compliance teams to drive successful execution
- Facilitate project meetings and working sessions to maintain momentum, accountability, and stakeholder alignment
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and blockers, and proactively drive resolution
- Manage campaign calendars, product release schedules, dependencies, and project documentation throughout the lifecycle
- Ensure campaigns and initiatives launch on time, within budget, and in support of business goals
- Provide regular status updates, reporting, recommendations, and budget visibility to marketing leadership
- Foster collaboration, transparency, and adaptability while helping teams navigate competing priorities and changing business needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, marketing operations, campaign management, or a related discipline
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution
- Strong organizational, project planning, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Demonstrated success coordinating diverse stakeholders and navigating competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority
- Strong problem-solving, risk management, and project management tool proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns or go-to-market initiatives, ideally for small business, B2B, or subscription products
- Experience working within a Marketing Operations, Program Management Office (PMO), or similar environment
- Familiarity with Agile marketing methodologies or software product launch cycles
- Project Management certification (PMP, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent)
- Experience working in a highly matrixed organization
