As a Residential Concierge, you’re not just providing personalized service to residents and guests – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Create a warm welcome: Greet residents and guests with an upbeat and professional attitude
- Respond to resident needs: Provide information, resolve concerns, and handle inquiries with care and efficiency
- Support daily services: Answer phones, retrieve packages, mail, and faxes, and coordinate resident requests
- Ensure safety and security: Monitor building activity, report concerns, and assist in emergency situations

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:
- High School Diploma/University Degree (list highest required level only)
- X years of experience in Y (e.g., hotel management)
- License or Certification
- Languages
