Test Automation Lead - Core Banking

THE WORK:
Drive business transformation through innovative Core Banking solutions that enhance operational efficiency and deliver measurable value. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to assess current processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and design technology solutions that support strategic objectives. By combining technical expertise, industry knowledge, and a collaborative mindset, you will help organizations navigate change and successfully implement impactful initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to analyze existing processes, systems, and operational challenges.
• Design, develop, and refine Core Banking solutions aligned with business goals, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Apply proven methodologies, tools, and frameworks to identify opportunities for optimization and drive continuous improvement.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and provide strategic recommendations for transformation initiatives.
• Stay informed on emerging banking technologies, market trends, and industry innovations to support future-ready solutions.
• Facilitate the successful integration and adoption of new technologies within existing business environments.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and achieve desired outcomes.

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Advanced proficiency in Core Banking.
• Experience supporting or implementing technology solutions within banking or financial services environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Experience with Industrial IoT Device Testing and connected technology ecosystems.
• Strong knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies and process optimization techniques.
• Experience supporting Manufacturing Operations and operational technology environments.
• Expertise in Product Testing, quality assurance, and validation processes.
• Strong Program and Project Management capabilities, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
• Certifications related to Agile, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or other project and process improvement frameworks.
