Web & Visual Designer (all genders)
You’re not just designing a website; you’re helping shape how Lio shows up to the world.
As our Brand & Web Designer, you’ll work closely with our Founding Brand Operator, CEO and GTM team to evolve Lio’s website and visual identity. From launching new pages to creating standout visuals, you’ll turn ideas into experiences that bring our brand to life.
You’ll get plenty of room to bring in your own ideas, develop your craft, and make a visible impact on Lio’s brand from day one.
We’re open to both full-time candidates and freelancers for this role.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Work closely with our Founding Brand Operator, CEO and GTM team to continuously evolve Lio’s website, from concept and design to implementation
Help shape how Lio shows up externally and develop our visual brand as we grow
Design and launch new landing pages, campaign pages, and other web experiences
Turn complex ideas around AI and enterprise technology into simple, compelling visual stories
Create high-quality visuals and assets for our website, social media, campaigns, events, and other brand touchpoints
Build directly in Webflow or Framer and take ideas from Figma to live experiences
Experiment with new formats, interactions, and creative concepts to continuously improve Lio’s brand and web presence
Your Profile
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
Have a portfolio that shows your skills in web, brand, or visual design whether through professional, freelance, or personal projects
Have a strong eye for typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling
Are proficient in Figma and comfortable building websites in Webflow or Framer
Can turn a rough idea or brief into a polished design
Care about the details and enjoy creating high-quality visual work
Are curious, eager to learn, and enjoy experimenting with new ideas and formats
Feel comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and collaborating closely with others
Are excited about the opportunity to help shape an early-stage brand as it grows
Nice to Have
Experience with motion design and animation
Experience creating interactive web experiences
