Join our team as the expert you are now and create your future.We are seeking an experienced Data Engineering Architect with deep expertise in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) and strong data warehousing design and implementation capabilities. This role will drive the architecture of scalable data platforms while ensuring robust, well-modeled data foundations that support analytics and business intelligence.The ideal candidate will bring a blend of architectural vision and hands-on expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-grade data warehouses and data integration frameworks.Requirements:Define and design end-to-end data architecture, including enterprise data warehouse (EDW) and data martsLead data modeling initiatives using dimensional modeling techniques (star schema, snowflake schema, fact/dimension design)Design and implement scalable data warehouse solutions aligned with business and analytics needsEstablish standards for data modeling, naming conventions, and metadata managementLead implementation of Informatica IICS (CDI, CAI, and related services)Architect and govern ETL/ELT pipelines supporting data warehouse loading and transformationOptimize data integration workflows for performance, scalability, and cost efficiencyMentor teams on best practices in ETL development and data warehouse integrationDefine data quality frameworks and validation strategies for warehouse dataEnsure consistency and integrity across source-to-target data flowsImplement auditing, lineage, and reconciliation mechanismsWork closely with business stakeholders to translate reporting and analytics needs into data models and warehouse designsPartner with BI and analytics teams to ensure data structures support reporting, dashboards, and advanced analyticsCollaborate with cloud and enterprise architecture teamsOversee implementation of data warehouse solutions, including schema design, ETL development, and deploymentSupport UAT, production rollout, and performance tuning of warehouse environmentsDrive CI/CD and automation practices for data engineering workflowsPreferences: 9–11 years of experience in data engineering, ETL, and data warehousingStrong hands-on experience with Informatica IICS (Cloud Data Integration, Application Integration)Proven experience in data warehouse modeling and implementationExpertise in dimensional modeling (fact tables, dimensions, SCDs, conformed dimensions)Strong proficiency in SQL and performance tuningExperience designing and implementing enterprise data warehouses and data martsKnowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and metadata managementExperience with modern cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Databricks)Familiarity with IICS Data Quality (IDQ)Knowledge of Data Vault or hybrid modeling approachesExperience with Python/Spark for data processingExposure to BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)Position LevelManagerCountryIndiaLoadingFollow UsPrivacy Policy© 2026 Workday, Inc.
