As an Acceleration Center - DAT Assurance - AI- Experience Associate, you will engage with clients to transform their business processes using advanced digital solutions.

As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. You will be expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, embrace ambiguity, ask questions, and use these challenges as opportunities for growth.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will apply a learning mindset, take ownership of your development, and consistently deliver quality work that drives value for our clients. You will gather information from various sources to analyze facts and discern patterns, enhancing your commercial awareness and understanding of the business context.

We’re seeking an innovative and versatile AI professional with AI and ML development and/or testing expertise. In this role, you’ll work with teams that are building and deploying scalable AI-powered solutions within real-world applications. You’ll work cross-functionally with data scientists, ML engineers, backend/frontend developers, and product teams to help test and deliver impactful AI products.

Responsibilities:

-Design, test and deploy robust AI and ML solutions.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

-Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve development processes and solution design.

What You Must Have:

-At least 1 year of professional AI / ML development or testing experience.

What Sets You Apart:

-Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Analytics, Accounting, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

-Ability to implement AI thinking in teams, drive efficiencies across engineering or data science workflows, and test AI effectively.

-Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools.

-Ability to analyze and build data models and transformation routines

-Data preprocessing and handling large structured/unstructured datasets using tools like PySpark, Pandas and NumPy.
