Role Overview:
As a Relationship Manager (RM), you will be an integral member of a client relationship team, working directly under a Wealth Manager. This role is designed as a launchpad for future Wealth Managers - giving you hands-on exposure to client management, financial planning, investment products, andpersonalized service, all within a structured learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement
● Build and deepen relationships with new clients and onboard them onto the wealth management
book.
● Understand client goals, risk profiles, and investment preferences to deliver personalized advice.
● Regularly review portfolios and recommend rebalancing, upgrades, or new strategies in line with their
financial journey.
● Prepare client briefs, review notes for ongoing reviews and meetings.
● Ensure timely communication and updates to clients on key portfolio actions or changes.
● Get leads and references from clients and increase wallet share with them.
● Collaborate with internal teams (investment, operations, compliance) to fulfill client needs.
● Develop familiarity with Scripbox’s advisory tools, risk assessment frameworks, and planning models.
Process, Documentation & Compliance
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, tasks, and service history in the CRM.
● Learn and adhere to Scripbox’s protocols on ethical conduct and confidentiality.
● Adhere to the process set internally by Scripbox to comply with SEBI guidelines and regulatory
framework.
Learning and Growth Pathway
● Actively participate in training sessions, knowledge-sharing discussions, and shadowing large
investment opportunities.
● Set and track learning milestones in investment advisory, client engagement, and portfolio
management.
● Work towards readiness to graduate into a Wealth Manager role over time.
Qualification:
MBA (or) M Com (or) any Post Graduate in Finance
Skills:
● 1–3 years of experience in financial services, banking, or a client-focused role.
● Mandatory Requirement: The candidate should obtain certification of the NISM – Investment Advisor – Level XA & XB exams within 6 months of joining the company.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a willingness to learn and grow
● High attention to detail, client empathy, and process discipline.
● Analytical and process oriented and have the ability to prioritise deliverables
● Passionate about personal finance and building a long-term career in wealth management.
● Good knowledge of Indian Equity & Debt markets and the products available in Indian financial markets.

CFA Level 1 & 2
