1. Picking incidents from service now related dynamics 365 and resolving them.
2. Monitoring azure synapse pipeline . if any failure need to work on fixing them.
3. Need to create the bug/user stories for the issues reported.
4. Access management.
5. Bulk data loads on entities
6. Need to engage Microsoft support if it is a product issue.
7. Reviewing access in azure active directory.
