Our pipeline grows organically due to customer fear of falling behind after hearing from our existing customers.What You'll DoGenerate pipeline through high-performing outbound motions across cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and eventsDevelop deep mastery of Alleviate's product, ICP, and value propositionPartner closely with our AE to book qualified meetings, progress accounts, and accelerate pipeline growthQualify prospects through consultative selling — understand how clinical research sites operate and what pain points to lead withMaintain accurate client relationship data within our CRMTrain to join our Account Executive teamWho You Are1+ years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or a high-volume prospecting roleTop performer — track record of top sales performance: quick promotions, consistently beating quotaAI-native: deep understanding of AI GTM tools and the ability to execute with them day-to-dayFully committed to working in-person, 5 days/week at our San Francisco headquartersComfortable in an early-stage startup where you'll be asked to wear different hats and take on responsibilities outside your core roleHungry and driven: you want to prove yourself, grow fast, and earn your next roleNice to have: experience selling into healthcare or life sciencesWhy This RoleGround floor: You're joining as one of the first sales hires at an a16z-backed company with product-market fit.
