This role ensures continuous coverage, operational efficiency, compliance with institutional policies, collective bargaining agreements, and service excellence. The Manager partners closely with clinical and operational leaders and provides direct leadership to supervisors responsible for Staffing Office operations, the Float Nursing Assistant team, and the Patient Companion team.
