  • Hands-on experience in Oracle implementation, rollouts, and upgrades, demonstrating successful project deliveries.
  • Proven track record in managing and leading cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative culture.
  • Excellent knowledge of Agile principles and practices, with the ability to adapt and apply them effectively.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and techniques, including risk management and issue tracking.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely deliveries.
