- 8-12 years of experience in Oracle project management, with a strong focus on Agile methodology.
- Hands-on experience in Oracle implementation, rollouts, and upgrades, demonstrating successful project deliveries.
- Proven track record in managing and leading cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative culture.
- Excellent knowledge of Agile principles and practices, with the ability to adapt and apply them effectively.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques, including risk management and issue tracking.
