Job Summary
The Senior Director, Digital Business Front Office provides enterprise leadership for the Digital Business Front Office function within the Digital Technology organization. This role establishes strategic direction for consulting services, cybersecurity risk advisory, and business engagement activities. The Senior Director partners with executive leadership to align cybersecurity priorities with business objectives, promote secure decision-making, and strengthen organizational accountability for risk management. This role represents the function in executive forums and supports enterprise adoption of cybersecurity practices across business and technology operations.
Essential Functions
The Senior Director, Digital Business Front Office provides enterprise leadership for the Digital Business Front Office function within the Digital Technology organization. This role establishes strategic direction for consulting services, cybersecurity risk advisory, and business engagement activities. The Senior Director partners with executive leadership to align cybersecurity priorities with business objectives, promote secure decision-making, and strengthen organizational accountability for risk management. This role represents the function in executive forums and supports enterprise adoption of cybersecurity practices across business and technology operations.
Essential Functions
- Defines and oversees the enterprise strategy for the Digital Business Front Office, ensuring alignment with organizational cybersecurity priorities and enterprise objectives.
- Partners with executive leadership across Digital Technology and business functions to support secure decision-making and promote adoption of cybersecurity practices.
- Oversees consulting services, risk assessments, and advisory activities across the enterprise, ensuring mitigation strategies and risk rationales are appropriately defined.
- Monitors risk remediation activities and escalates unresolved or high-priority issues to executive leadership as appropriate.
- Leads organizational initiatives to strengthen understanding and adoption of cybersecurity policies, standards, and governance practices.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field required
- Master's Degree preferred
- More than 10 years of experience in business systems consulting, cybersecurity consulting, or related field, including at least five (5) years in leadership roles required
- Experience leading enterprise-level security consulting, risk governance, or cybersecurity advisory functions required
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and regulatory or audit partners required
- Enterprise leadership and advisory expertise in cybersecurity risk management and governance.
- Strong executive communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders.
- Knowledge of enterprise cybersecurity governance, regulatory requirements, and audit expectations.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to lead organizational change initiatives within complex enterprise environments.
