As Senior Director, Financial Applications and Automation, you will lead Hilton's global Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) portfolio. Reporting to the Vice President, you will oversee Oracle EPM solutions that support forecasting, budgeting, consolidation, and analytics for thousands of users worldwide. Partnering with Finance and Technology leaders, you will guide finance transformation, modernize main systems, and expand automation and AI-enabled capabilities across Finance.

What you'll do during a typical day:

  • Lead Hilton's global Oracle EPM portfolio, including Planning, FCC, Reporting, EDM, and related finance platforms supporting forecasting, budgeting, consolidation, and reporting.
  • Partner with Finance and Technology teams to deliver system enhancements, process improvements, and finance transformation programs that strengthen efficiency and controls.
  • Lead a global team responsible for application support, system reliability, user enablement, issue resolution, and vendor management.
  • Improve adoption of AI-enabled forecasting, reporting automation, analytics, and digital solutions to enhance Finance operations and user experience.

 

How you'll collaborate with others:

  • Partner with Finance leaders across FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, and Technology to align financial systems with our priorities.
  • Build strategic relationships with Oracle and third-party partners to improve platform performance, influence product roadmaps, and lead innovation.
  • Lead the deployment of AI-enabled forecasting and reporting capabilities while ensuring operational stability, controls, and user support.

What It Takes to Make the Stay

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Ten plus (10+) years of hands-on work experience implementing and supporting EPM applications
  • Five plus (5+) years of experience leading teams, including direct people management and leading through influence in a matrixed organization.
  • Professional experience working in a global, corporate, matrixed environment.
  • Experience with forecasting, budgeting, metadata management, financial reporting, analytics, AI-enabled finance capabilities, and large-scale enterprise implementations.
  • Experience with relationship management including influencing and collaboration.
  • International travel up to 15%.

 

It would be useful if you have:

  • Expertise in implementing and supporting Oracle EPM Cloud applications
  • Experience in hospitality, travel, or other consumer-facing industries.
  • Business/finance background in accounting or financial planning and analysis.
  • Experience with ERP and other automation applications supporting the office of the CFO.
  • Financial planning and analysis, consolidation and reporting processes, enterprise application support, finance transformation, partner management, and team leadership.

Hilton offers its eligible team members a comprehensive benefits package to support their mental and physical well-being, so they can Thrive personally and professionally. The pay range for this role is $175,000 – $255,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, and the Company's long-term incentive plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
