Position Summary
The Account Manager is responsible for driving profitable growth of the Tyvek® Roll Goods business in Taiwan across both Consumer & Industrial Applications (C&IC) and Medical Packaging Products (MPP).
This role manages key accounts and channel partners, develops new business opportunities, and works closely with cross-functional teams to expand Tyvek® adoption and deliver sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales, profitability, and growth targets for the Taiwan Tyvek® Roll Goods business.
- Manage key accounts, distributors, converters, and end users to strengthen customer relationships and drive growth.
- Identify and develop new applications and business opportunities across C&IC and MPP markets.
- Lead customer engagement, business reviews, commercial negotiations, and opportunity pipeline management.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Technical Service, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams to support customer needs and business objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer requirements to support business strategy.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM updates, opportunity tracking, and business reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Materials Science
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or channel management.
- Experience in specialty materials, packaging, healthcare, medical devices, industrial products, or related industries is preferred.
- Strong customer relationship management, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
