Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.The Impact You’ll Make in this Role This analyst position will play an important role in protecting Solventum’s operations globally. This is a hands-on execution role responsible for building, maintaining, and continuously improving Solventum's crisis management and business continuity capability. Working closely with the Global Security team and other stakeholders, you will conduct business impact analyses across the enterprise, develop and maintain business continuity plans for critical business functions, design and facilitate crisis management exercises, and support the organization's response during actual disruptions. The analyst is expected to work directly with business units and functions across the organization, facilitating workshops, writing plans, validating recovery capabilities, and driving corrective actions to closure. The role exists to ensure the organization can continue its essential operations during disruptive events such as natural disasters, geopolitical events, cyberattacks, technology outages, third-party failures, and public health emergencies. This role will work closely with Disaster Recovery to build a holistic, complimentary capability for Solventum.  The Impact You’ll Make in this RoleBusiness Impact Analysis Plan and conduct business-impact analyses across all business units on an annual cycle, ensuring full enterprise coverage Facilitate BIA workshops and structured interviews with process owners to identify critical business processes and their dependencies, including people, technology, facilities, data, and third parties Establish and document recovery time objectives (RTOs) and recovery point objectives (RPOs) for critical processes and supporting applications; validate alignment between business requirements and IT recovery capabilities Analyze BIA results to identify gaps, single points of failure, and unmitigated dependencies; present prioritized findings and...
