As a SAP - Basis Senior Associate, you will specialize in utilizing and managing SAP software and solutions within an organization. You will be responsible for tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing increased ambiguity.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of our Business Application Consulting team, specializing within our SAP practice. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. This opportunity allows you to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and interpret data to inform insights and recommendations. You will uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement and support SAP software solutions effectively
- Managing the installation, configuration, and administration of SAP products and technologies
- Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) for developing and optimizing SAP applications
- Collaborating with clients to provide training and support for seamless integration of SAP solutions
- Leveraging SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP HANA to enhance data-driven decision-making processes
- Engaging in strategic technology planning to align SAP solutions with client business objectives
- Facilitating process improvement and optimization initiatives within SAP environments
- Building and maintaining meaningful client relationships to understand and anticipate their needs
- Navigating complex situations to deliver quality outcomes and grow personal skills
- Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines and independence requirements

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
- Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) for SAP solutions
- Implementing SAP Analytics Cloud for data-driven insights
- Designing automation processes with SAP Fiori and SAP HANA
