What You Can Expect

This role is responsible for documenting cases into the SMS system and processing them according to established guidelines. After receiving test requisitions, the SMS team member will be required to input data from the documents accompanying the specimen into the SMS. 

This position is onsite 5 days per week. 

How You'll Create Impact

• Receive, log, sort, and assign case number and maintain identifying number
• Documentation and verification of completion of paperwork
• Accurately enter data into the SMS
• Reviews all requisitions for missing information, works to obtain missing information in a timely manner and distrubutes the new information to all departments involved
• Reports problem resolution in a timely manner
• Generate reports to review for errors
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
• Coordinates and communicates issues to customer service
• Performs other duties as assigned by manager or team lead
• Assist with training new team members and maintaining SOPs
• Ensure day-to-day tasks are completed on time

Your Background

Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent and 2 years of relevant experience

Travel Expectations

Up to 5%

Expected Compensation Range

$20 - $26/hour USD
