This is a highly visible role that combines financial expertise with strategic business partnering, supporting our operations across Spain and Portugal while collaborating closely with our global Finance organization.

What you'll do

As Finance Business Partner Iberia, you will act as the financial partner to the Iberian leadership team, ensuring financial excellence while helping the business achieve its strategic objectives.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with the Country Manager and leadership team to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Coordinating accounting activities with our Global Business Services organization, ensuring compliance with Group policies, US GAAP and local accounting standards.
  • Overseeing statutory reporting, financial statements, audits, tax compliance and legal coordination.
  • Delivering accurate monthly management reporting, financial analysis and business insights.
  • Preparing P&L reviews, headcount reporting and variance analysis.
  • Coordinating monthly forecasts and supporting the annual budgeting process.
  • Developing KPIs and Power BI reporting to improve business performance.
  • Driving financial governance, process improvements and operational efficiencies across Iberia.
  • Participating in international and cross-functional projects, supporting business transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Building strong relationships with Finance teams across Europe and the Global organization.

What we're looking for

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.
  • Previous experience in Finance within an international or multinational company.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, controlling and finance business partnering.
  • Solid understanding of Spanish accounting and tax regulations.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and reporting tools.
  • Experience with Power BI or similar Business Intelligence tools.
  • SAP knowledge will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Bilingual English (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Native or fluent Spanish.
  • Portuguese is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

  • €60,000 gross annual salary
  • 10% annual performance bonus
  • Hybrid working model
  • €110 monthly meal allowance (January to November)
  • 24 working days of annual leave, plus 24 December, 31 December and your birthday off
