Associate Analyst SCM COE
Our SCM Center of Excellence in Santo Domingo is currently seeking a Associate Analyst SCM COE. We're looking for talented professionals who are passionate about supply chain, innovation, and operational excellence to join our dynamic team.
What you’ll do:
The COE Early Talent Program is designed to provide students and recent graduates with meaningful work based experience while supporting the delivery of business services across the Center of Excellence (COE). Participants will have the opportunity to develop technical, analytical, and professional skills through real world projects, cross functional collaboration, and exposure to a global business environment. This program serves as a bridge between academic learning and professional practice, helping participants build a strong foundation for future career growth
The COE Assistant (Trainee) role is part of the SCM Early Talent Program, participants will support operational and project-related activities, gain exposure to key business processes, and work closely with experienced professionals while developing the skills needed for a successful career within a global organization.
Main responsibilities:
- Support daily operations and projects within assigned COE functions, such as Supply Chain, Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, Logistics, Analytics, or other business areas.
- Assist with data collection, analysis, reporting, and process documentation.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and stardarization activities.
- Assist with data collection, analysis, reporting, and process documentation.
- Contribute to problem-solving activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and project execution.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and business recommendations based on findings.
Duration: 1 years
Rotations: assignments designed to build broad exposure to a variety of SCM roles across several of our key growth areas.
Potential Assignments Areas: OPEX, Purchasing, Logistic, Sourcing, Inventory, Demand Planning, EHS
Qualifications:
Education Level Required:
- Bachelor degree student (Minimun 90% of credits completed) or graduated in Industrial Eng, Business Adm, International Business or related areas.
- Advance english proficiency
Years and Area of Experience Required:
- 3 months as intern in SCM COE or academic projects, internships, laboratories, or capstone experience. Project, capstones or learning program based on SCM processes.
Technical Knowledge:
- Office – Advanced
- ERP Experience: Mapics,SAP, Oracle, MS Office advanced level, Kinaxis, Vista- Prefered
Skills:
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests.
