Appcharge is a leading direct-to-consumer platform for app publishers.

We help publishers sell digital goods directly to their users - bypassing traditional app store commissions and owning the full payment and commerce experience.

The result: higher margins, better flexibility, and a more direct relationship with end users.

Backed by $89M from leading investors and operators, we’ve grown 14x in the past year and now process over a billion dollars annually. We’re building the infrastructure that lets modern app businesses take back control of monetization – at scale.

We are looking for an IT Engineer to play a key role in building and scaling Appcharge’s internal infrastructure and employee experience. You’ll take ownership of critical IT operations — from delivering a flawless onboarding experience and managing our Mac-heavy environment, to driving strategic security projects like Zero Trust, SAML, and MDM implementations. You’ll collaborate closely with DevOps, HR, and the broader IT team, implementing corporate best practices and robust protocols to ensure our fast-growing team has the seamless, secure, and productive environment they need to succeed.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage integrations between core business systems and the company's Identity Provider (IDP), ensuring secure and seamless authentication and access.
  • Build and maintain IT automation to streamline provisioning, repetitive tasks, and operational workflows.
  • Provide hands-on IT support and serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues across the organization.
  • Lead IT projects end to end — from scoping and planning through implementation and rollout.
  • Manage the full device lifecycle (deployment, configuration, and decommissioning) across Mac environments.
  • Administer and optimize MDM, identity, and endpoint management platforms.
  • Partner with HR, Security, and other teams on employee onboarding, offboarding, and access management.
  • Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date system documentation and standard operating procedures.
  • Evaluate and adopt new technologies and tools, including AI-based solutions, to improve IT efficiency and the employee experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator or in a comparable IT infrastructure role.
  • Hands-on experience administering Mac environments, including Mac MDM platforms (e.g., Kandji, Jamf, Mosyle).
  • Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex macOS issues.
  • Experience integrating and managing identity and access platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Okta).
  • Experience with AWS and Google Cloud / Google Workspace.
  • Network experience with routers, switches, and access points.
  • Experience managing and deploying AI tools and assistants within business workflows.
  • Knowledge of AV and conferencing technologies (e.g., Google Meet, Zoom, Logitech).
  • Strong scripting/automation skills and a process-improvement mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences, a strong service-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently in a multi-tasking environment.
  • Hebrew; fluent English (written and spoken).
