The Patient Care Coordinator provides various receptionist and skilled clerical duties to support the department. This position may be responsible for scheduling patients, obtaining necessary documentation, supporting prior authorizations, and coordinating aspects of patient care to ensure continuity of care. A PCC will perform all duties a manner which promotes team concept and reflects the mission and values of the entity.

- 1 year medical office or related healthcare experience OR 6 months experience as a Providence employee in an Associate PCC position.
