Let’s dive right in:Support the Sales Team throughout the full order lifecycle, from contract countersignature to final payment collection.Assist the Sales Team and Legal Counsel in the preparation, coordination, and management of sales contracts.Coordinate closely with HQ production, logistics, project, and sales teams to ensure smooth and timely project delivery.Act as a point of contact for customers regarding lead times, deliveries, invoicing, and payment status.Prepare regular shipment reports, sales forecasts, and operational analyses on a weekly and monthly basis.Issue commercial invoices and work closely with finance and sales teams to follow up on payments and manage shipment-related risks, including credit insurance.Your profileAll right, all right, that was intriguing, wasn’t it?Now, in order to feel confident in this role and grow with us long-term, your ideal background should look a lot like this:Bachelor’s degree or higher, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in sales operations, order management, or a similar role.Previous experience in the solar or renewable energy industry is a strong advantage.Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with customers.Solid data analysis skills with experience in preparing reports and forecasts.Good working knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office, with a practical and structured approach to work.English language skills at C1 level; Bulgarian at C2 level; Chinese at B2 level is a plus.About usWe are a green tech company with young creative minds.We are fighting every day to make our mission happen – Clean Power for All!With 870+GW of clean power presently installed worldwide, we are on the road to success!Welcome at SungrowFounded in 1997 by University Professor Cao Renxian, Sungrow is a leader in the research and development of solar inverters with the largest dedicated R&D team in the industry and a broad product portfolio offering PV inverter solutions and energy storage systems for utility-scale, commercial & industrial, and residential applications, as well as internationally recognized floating PV plant solutions, NEV driving solutions, EV charging solutions and renewable hydrogen production systems.Want to know more?
