Your Impact
As a Manufacturing Test Development Engineer, you will develop end-to-end test strategy for Cisco's next-generation hyper-scaler AI high-end routers, from Design for Testability (DFT) assessments through to mass production readiness. Drive the development and deployment of board and system-level automated functional test processes at contract manufacturing sites globally, ensuring maximum test coverage and manufacturing efficiency. Develop robust Python-based test automation scripts and leverage data analytics to continuously improve test capacity, yield, and overall product quality. Serve as the expert resource for product failure analysis and fault isolation, guiding debug processes at both component and system level to accelerate resolution. Collaborate with global cross-functional teams across Hardware, Software, and Supply Chain to coordinate proto-build support and ensure seamless production ramp.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics & Communication, or Computer Science Engineering with 0 to 2 years of experience.
- Basic understanding of product development processes from concept through end-of-life
- Python scripting skills
- Data Analytics
- Basic knowledge on hardware protocols – I2C, SPI, etc.
