This position provides enterprise-wide support for Nutrition Services business operations, supplier management, contract compliance and support, product governance, and operational analytics. The role serves as a key operational partner to Culinary Operations leadership and is responsible for coordinating cross-functional initiatives, facilitating governance processes, maintaining enterprise reporting tools, supporting supplier and product implementation activities, and ensuring alignment between Culinary Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Clinical Nutrition, Operations, and vendor partners.Responsibilities include management of Nutrition Services contracts and vendor agreements, oversight of supplier compliance and performance, financial analysis of operational decisions, enterprise data reporting, Products Committee meeting and committee coordination, project implementation support, and communication of enterprise priorities across regions and facilities. The position serves as a central coordination point between stakeholders, translating strategic decisions into operational execution and measurable outcomes.
This position works closely with Supply Chain, Vizient GPO partners, Finance, Culinary Operations, Clinical Nutrition, Operations leaders, Accounts Payable, distributors, manufacturers, vendor partners, and regional stakeholders supporting Nutrition Services operations.
Essential Functions
- Manages Nutrition Services supplier contracts compliance support and vendor relationships throughout the contract lifecycle, including renewals, compliance monitoring, performance management, rebates, documentation, issue resolution, and supplier business reviews.
- Supports sourcing, negotiations, value analysis, and contract administration activities in partnership with Supply Chain and Nutrition Services leadership to optimize operational and financial performance.
- Serves as a business operations partner for enterprise Culinary Operations initiatives, coordinating implementation activities, operational communications, project tracking, and execution support across facilities and regions.
- Leads and administers enterprise governance and operational meetings, including agenda development, facilitation, documentation, action item tracking, stakeholder engagement, and status reporting.
- Coordinates Products Committee operations and product approval processes, including meeting preparation, evaluation support, decision documentation, implementation tracking, and maintenance of official records.
- Coordinates implementation and deployment of approved products, equipment, and operational programs, partnering with suppliers, distributors, Culinary Operations, Supply Chain teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
- Provides leadership and oversight for enterprise vendor coordinators, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, operational standards, and implementation objectives.
- Develops and maintain enterprise reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and analytics tools that provide visibility into supplier performance, sourcing activity, implementation progress, operational trends, utilization, and data integrity.
- Performs financial analysis related to products, sourcing strategies, conversions, rebates, substitutions, and operational initiatives, translating data into actionable insights and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Facilitates cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement efforts by driving communication, resolving operational challenges, improving workflows and governance processes, and enhancing overall operational effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications
- Five years of work experience in the complete management of equipment service contracts required.
- Proven experience maintaining effective working relationships with co-workers and suppliers required.
- Three years of experience working with accounts payable and supplier invoice review required.
- Experience with negotiating contracts, value analysis, and customer service is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or other applicable degree is preferred. Degree must be obtained from an accredited institution and education will be verified.
Physical Requirements
- Ongoing need for employees to see and read information, documents, monitors, identify equipment and supplies, and be able to assess customer needs.
- Frequent interactions with providers, colleagues, customers, patients/clients, and visitors that require employees to verbally communicate as well as hear and understand spoken information, needs, and issues quickly and accurately.
- Manual dexterity of hands and fingers to manipulate complex and delicate supplies and equipment with precision and accuracy. This includes frequent computer use for typing, accessing needed information, etc.
