Why This Role Matters
The role Raw Material Planner plays a critical part in ensuring the uninterrupted supply of raw materials needed for production. By coordinating purchasing activities, managing inventory levels, and collaborating closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders, the position helps maintain operational efficiency, optimize supply chain performance, and support the company's ability to meet customer demand. Through data-driven decision-making and strong supplier relationships, this role contributes directly to business continuity and operational success.
What You’ll Do
Management and coordination of topics related to the purchasing and planning of raw material supply within the company Policies.
Coordination of orders and deliveries in accordance with defined allocations.
Responsibility for monitoring and maintaining appropriate inventory levels.
Cooperation with internal stakeholders within the company (production, warehouse, flow, import/export department) and suppliers, as well as coordinating the flow of information.
Tracking and analyzing KPI trends.
Building business relationships with suppliers.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, Foreign Trade, or related field.
Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills..
Experience in planning/logistics/purchasing and working with SAP is a plus.
Highly developed organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
Strong analytical thinking skills, with the ability to compile and interpret data, identify trends, and support effective planning and decision-making.
Highly developed communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate effectively in international and multicultural environments.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
We offer a career development path starting with a 7-month fixed-term contract. Subject to positive performance, manager feedback, and business needs, the contract may be converted into a permanent position.
