After a successful Business Course last May, we are excited to introduce our refreshed second Business Course of the year: Power your Future! This November, you get the opportunity to work on a case where you are going to dive in sustainable energy storage, together with a group of ambitious students. 

At Strategy&, we help the world’s leading organizations solve their most complex challenges. The Business Course is a unique experience where you will be challenged, coached, inspired to develop your skills and discover your true potential as a future consultant at Strategy&.  

A multi-day strategy adventure 

During this event, you will step into the shoes of a Strategy& consultant. You can count on a program entirely designed around your personal and professional development: 

• Crack a case: you will collaborate in teams to tackle a real-life battery and sustainable energy challenge and present your innovative strategic solution. 

• Mentorship and coaching: you will participate in training sessions led by our consultants, receiving personal coaching and constructive feedback to sharpen your skills. 

• Experience our culture: through informal lunches, dinners and exciting social activities, you will experience our culture. 

• A launchpad for your career: many of our current consultants started their Strategy& journey right here, at one of our recruitment events. 

Who are we looking for? 

We welcome talented students who are: 

• Recent graduates, Master’s students, or 3rd year Bachelor students 

• From all academic backgrounds and all universities 

• Currently enrolled at (or recently graduated from) a Dutch university 

No specific experience is required, just curiosity, strong academic performance, and an interest in strategy consulting. 

Selection process 

The selection process for this Business Course consists of a CV screening, an online assessment, and one round of two case interviews.

Step 1: Application

Submit your CV, high school and university transcripts by September 21st 23:59 hrs the latest.

Step 2: Online assessment

On September 22nd we will inform you if you have been selected for the online assessment. You will need to complete this by September 27th.

Step 3: Case preparation

Based on the assessment outcomes, selected candidates will be invited to our interview round. To help you prepare, we will host an exclusive crack-a-case workshop on October 1st 19:00-21:00. In this workshop, you learn how to prepare for your case interviews.

Step 4: Case interviews

The case interviews will take place on the following dates: October 6-9th.

Participants who are successful in securing a Business Course position will be informed personally on October 16th , 2026.
