We’re passionate about our people and culture, and with people strategically positioned around the world, our multilingual team comes together to support our clients.ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a creative and analytical Digital Content Creator to take Sellerate’s brand and content strategy to the next level.You’ll be responsible not only for producing engaging, high-quality content but also for analyzing our digital presence, identifying opportunities for improvement, and shaping strategies that drive measurable growth. You’ll collaborate with the HR department to optimize the talent attraction strategy via Sellerate’s social media presence. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOINGManage and create content for all Sellerate social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) in line with pre-defined KPIs.Build and manage Sellerate’s Social Media Calendar, ensuring consistent, high-impact communication.Capture authentic moments from team get-togethers, days at the office, events, and initiatives, bringing our culture to life through storytelling, photos, and video.Engage with our internal team to proactively develop creative social content that reflects our identity and values.Analyze the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy, identify strategic weaknesses, and recommend actionable improvements.Track metrics and analytics to design strategies that increase engagement, visibility, and growth.Help develop and execute social media and content strategies that align with company goals and objectives.Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices, bringing innovative ideas to the table.Collaborate with HR to create a content strategy that attracts new talent and to increase the number of inbound qualified candidates. Collaborate with Sellerate's founders to create a cohesive brand narrative align with their New Business needs and goals.Take full ownership of projects with autonomy and accountabilityDO YOU HAVE? Experience in content creation (photo, video, design, reels, and storytelling).Fluent or near-fluent English communication skills.Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok (Twitter is a plus).Background in B2B marketing or employer branding preferred.Demonstrable experience managing or growing online communities.Analytical mindset: able to evaluate social performance, spot opportunities, and propose improvements.Knowledge of Graphic Design. Organized and proactive, comfortable managing multiple projects and content calendars.A “people person” with creativity, curiosity, and great communication skills.WHY YOU’LL LOVE WORKING HEREAt Sellerate, we believe in creativity with purpose.
