What you’ll do
We are seeking an experienced Network Quality Leader to ensure Vodafone's mobile and fixed networks deliver the best possible customer experience.
The role is responsible for monitoring network performance, customer experience, and competitive benchmarks to ensure network quality targets are achieved and continuously improved. The position combines team leadership, stakeholder management, project management, data analytics, and operational excellence.
Key stakeholders include technical teams, commercial teams, customer care, Vodafone Group Networks, and senior management
More specifically you will:
- Lead network quality activities across mobile and fixed networks.
- Define, monitor, and report network performance KPIs accurately and on time.
- Identify network degradations, service anomalies, and customer experience issues, driving corrective actions to resolution.
- Analyze customer experience indicators (NPS, customer complaints, churn, surveys) and correlate them with network performance.
- Manage drive testing, benchmarking, and competitive network assessments.
- Coordinate Vodafone Group benchmarking and audit programs.
- Lead cross-functional quality improvement initiatives and major incident task forces.
- Deliver insights and impact assessments on network changes, incidents, and performance trends.
- Act as the main point of contact for network quality reporting and stakeholder reviews.
- Support regulatory reporting and represent Vodafone in quality-related discussions when required.
- Contribute network quality KPIs and service levels to enterprise and MVNO projects.
Who you are
Bachelor's degree or higher in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in a telecom operator or vendor environment.
- Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Strong understanding of mobile and fixed network technologies, including RAN, Core, Transmission, IP, Broadband, and Customer Premises Networks.
- Proven leadership experience and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in network performance management, optimization, and customer experience analysis.
- Proficiency in data analysis, database querying, and reporting tools.
- Experience with visualization platforms such as Tableau and SAP BO.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills for senior management audiences.
- Knowledge of drive testing, benchmarking, network tracing, and performance analysis tools.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and quality reporting processes.
- Additional knowledge of IP networking, DNS, TCP/IP, CGNAT, PCAP analysis, and automation tools is an advantage.
