(Senior) CRM Manager – Analytics & Automation (all genders)
Your role
We are elevating our CRM setup from standard campaign execution to an autonomous, signal-driven CRM 3.0 framework.
As our (Senior) CRM Manager (all genders), you will not just "run newsletters" - you will be the proactive driver of customer retention, lifetime value (LTV), and revenue in our core market. You will own the full DACH customer journey end-to-end: from hands-on omnichannel campaign operations (Email, Direct Mail, Push) to deep-dive cohort analytics, predictive segmentation, and leveraging AI/LLM tools to continuously automate manual workflows.
You are a proactive, high-ownership generalist with a "get-it-done" mindset. You don't wait for inputs or instructions; you analyze customer signals, identify revenue leaks, hypothesize solutions, and test & iterate independently.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Campaign Ownership & Execution
Omnichannel Operations: Plan, build, and deploy high-converting campaign journeys across Email, Direct Mail, Parcel Inserts, and WhatsApp within our enterprise CDP (Bloomreach).
Automated Journey Building: Maintain and optimize our >50 active lifecycle trigger lanes (from first-time buyer activation to win-back and churn prevention).
DACH Localization & Nuance: Adapt central strategies specifically for German-speaking consumer habits, local buying triggers, payment behaviors, and regulatory standards (GDPR).
Proactive Analytics & "Next Best Action" Iteration
Deep-Dive Data Analysis: Don't just read dashboards - create them. Analyze cohort curves, Time Between Orders (TBO), repeat purchase rates, and churn velocity to extract actionable growth signals independently.
Smart Segmentation & Scoring: Move away from static rule-blocks. Implement signal-driven, predictive segmentation using customer scoring models and deviation tracking.
Continuous A/B Testing: Own a rigorous, hypothesis-led testing roadmap (messaging, incentives, contextual personalization, send-time optimization) aimed at maximizing margin discipline and retention.
AI, LLM & Workflow Automation (CRM 3.0)
AI-Driven Efficiency: Actively integrate LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and automation tools into your daily workflow for rapid copywriting, variant generation, dynamic audience building, and campaign QA.
Process Streamlining: Proactively eliminate manual "busywork" and administrative bottlenecks within your domain through clever macros, prompts, and automated reporting loops.
Your profile
3-5+ years of hands-on experience in CRM, Retention Marketing, or Customer Lifecycle Management, ideally in a fast-paced E-Commerce or D2C environment.
High autonomy and extreme ownership. You thrive in environments where you are trusted to run, test, fail fast, and optimize without needing handholding.
You love numbers and cohorts. You ask "why" when a metric drops and naturally dig into the underlying data to fix it.
Hands-on experience with enterprise CDPs/CRMs (Bloomreach, Braze, Emarsys, or Klaviyo). Familiarity with LLM prompting and AI-assisted workflows is a must-have.
You write punchy, brand-aligned copy that converts.
Fluent German and English skills.
Strong interest or background in supplements, nutrition, health, or wellness is a significant plus.

Sunday Natural emerged from a long-standing passion and research in the fields of health, healing, and personal growth. The lack of natural, high-quality products on the market was the original motivation for founding Sunday Natural in 2013. We aim to produce the products we ourselves would love to buy – as natural as possible, absolutely pure, free from any additives, and of the highest quality. In a strategic partnership with CVC, Sunday Natural is now one of Germany's most renowned quality manufacturers, with its own research and development department in Berlin. For the continuous improvement of our products, we collaborate with selected research institutes, scientists, therapists, farmers, and professional associations.
We take our ecological responsibility very seriously: that’s why the majority of our product range is vegan. We also take an innovative approach to packaging: most of our products are packaged in glass, making them almost entirely recyclable.
Our diverse team in Berlin consists of over 350 employees from more than 45 nationalities and continues to grow – but at a sustainable pace. Our goal is to foster a collaborative, supportive, and inclusive work environment with a diverse group of motivated, talented, and visionary team members.
We highly value equality of opportunity and inclusivity, and we would like to particularly encourage women and candidates from under-represented backgrounds to apply, even if you don’t match with 100% of the requirements.
