The OpportunityAs a Bank Platform Transformation - Integration Architect-Engineer - Sr Manager, you will design and implement seamless integration solutions and robust platform architectures to enhance business performance. Within our Business & Supply Chain Operations practice, you will focus on connecting various organizational systems and applications, creating architectures that enable efficient data flow and improve overall business processes. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and network to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate, while developing and sustaining diverse and inclusive teams.
In this role at PwC, you will craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story, applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities. You will validate outcomes with clients, share alternative perspectives, and act on client feedback. Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing seamless integration solutions to connect various organizational systems and applications
- Creating robust architectures that enable efficient data flow and enhance overall business processes
- Leading large-scale projects and driving operational excellence in integration and platform architecture
- Utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform to optimize technology infrastructure
- Applying Agile Methodology to manage project lifecycles and deliver timely results
- Conducting business requirements analysis to align integration solutions with client needs
- Overseeing data integration and virtualization to support enhanced business performance
- Managing API Management platforms such as Apigee and Azure API Management for streamlined system interoperability
- Coaching and mentoring teams to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Validating outcomes with clients and incorporating feedback to refine integration strategies
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Analytics/Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Robotics, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics
- Leveraging skills in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Demonstrating proficiency in Agile methodologies and API Management
- Utilizing systems thinking to identify and address complex problems
- Applying strategic questioning to drive innovative solutions
- Excelling in communication and storytelling to convey impactful messages

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
