We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist, also referred to as a Healthcare Recruiter or Healthcare Talent Acquisition Specialist (TA Specialist). The Talent Acquisition Specialist II in our healthcare setting will manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles, partnering with hiring managers to develop healthcare recruiting strategies. The TA Specialist will source candidates, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and oversee the offer and onboarding process. The TA Specialist will often handle high-volume roles, support workforce planning, and may mentor junior recruiters across multiple facilities in Missouri, Kansas, Alabama, Georgia and/or Texas.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist leads full-cycle recruitment for assigned healthcare roles by developing sourcing strategies, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, collaborating with hiring managers and HR teams, supporting new search tools, and assisting in training other TA Specialists to meet organizational staffing needs.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of clinical and non-clinical roles including RNs, LPNs, therapists, medical assistants, administrative staff, and environmental services, ensure timely and high-quality hires
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to evaluate workforce needs, develop tailored sourcing strategies, and align recruitment efforts with departmental goals
- Create, post, and regularly update job listings across multiple platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, hospital websites, and internal ATS to attract a diverse pool of candidates
- Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, assess candidate fit, and present top candidates to hiring teams for further consideration
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, gather manager feedback, extend offers, and support onboarding by efforts with our hospitals
