As an AI Manager, you will lead and manage teams within our Data, Analytics and Technology Solutions group, focusing on delivering innovative solutions to our clients. Within our Assurance practice, you will play a pivotal role in driving client engagement workstreams, utilizing your strategic vision and business acumen to deliver impactful results. As a Manager, you will guide and mentor your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will be responsible for overseeing client service accounts, developing high-quality deliverables, and navigating complex challenges with professional skepticism. You will be accountable for strategic planning and execution, leveraging team strengths to meet client expectations. Your leadership will inspire others to embrace technology and innovation, enhancing the delivery of exceptional work.
Responsibilities
- Leading data analytics and technology solutions workstreams within audit and assurance projects
- Guiding teams in the strategic planning and execution of data-driven initiatives
- Utilizing Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI) and Oracle Applications to enhance data visualization and insights generation
- Developing and implementing business process improvements to optimize audit and assurance functions
- Analyzing financial risk and providing insights for informed decision-making
- Coaching and mentoring team members to foster professional growth and development
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to address data challenges and deliver service excellence
- Embracing change and promoting innovative solutions to improve audit and assurance processes
- Confirming data integrity and compliance within analytics frameworks
- Identifying opportunities for solution development and strategic questioning to drive business performance
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, Management Information Systems & Accounting, Computer and Information Science, Computer and Information Science & Accounting, Information Science, Economics, Economics and Finance, Economics and Finance & Technology, Business Administration/Management, Engineering, Accounting & Technology, Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Statistics and/or other relevant degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- At least one of the following: US licensed CPA, CISA, Phillipines CPA or CPA/CA Equivalent in another Territory
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
