The Opportunity
As a Talent Acquisition Partner based in Dubai, you will play a key role in attracting, assessing, and hiring talent across the Middle East, Africa and Europe. The role supports recruitment across engineering, manufacturing, commercial, digital, supply chain, and corporate functions throughout the region.
Partnering closely with hiring managers, HR teams, and business leaders, you will lead end-to-end recruitment activities, develop proactive sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
We are looking for a proactive recruiter with strong sourcing capability, regional market knowledge, and the ability to influence stakeholders while ensuring adherence to recruitment processes and governance. The successful candidate will be organized, collaborative, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and able to operate with ownership and accountability in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do
Lead end-to-end recruitment across engineering, manufacturing, commercial, digital, supply chain, corporate, technical, professional, and leadership positions throughout the Middle East, Africa and Europe.
Partner with hiring managers, HR teams, and business leaders to develop recruiting strategies and drive effective hiring decisions.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies, talent mapping initiatives, and proactive talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
Provide insights on talent availability, candidate expectations, and hiring trends across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and wider Middle East region.
Ensure adherence to recruiting governance, company policies, employment requirements, and regional hiring practices.
Support employer branding initiatives and collaborate with regional and global Talent Acquisition teams to drive continuous improvement.
What You Will Have

Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment Delivery
Experience leading end-to-end, in-house recruitment within a multinational or matrixed organization.
Strong sourcing capability with experience leveraging direct sourcing, market mapping, networking, referrals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment technologies to identify and engage passive talent.
Proven ability to develop talent pipelines and deliver recruitment outcomes across technical, engineering, manufacturing, commercial, digital, supply chain, corporate, and professional positions.
Ability to assess talent, guide selection decisions, manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, and support offer negotiations and hiring decisions.
Experience operating in a fast-paced environment while balancing business priorities, candidate expectations, and recruitment timelines.
Ability to work independently with strong ownership, accountability, attention to detail, and follow-through.
Regional Market Knowledge & Cultural Agility
Experience recruiting within the UAE and/or Saudi Arabia, with knowledge of local labor markets, employment practices, recruitment regulations, and cultural nuances.
Ability to work effectively across diverse cultures and adapt communication and influencing styles to different stakeholders and business environments.
Organization, Collaboration & Execution Excellence
Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions, stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships across Talent Acquisition, HR, and business teams through collaboration, effective communication, and partnership.
Collaborative team player who enjoys sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues, and contributing to broader Talent Acquisition initiatives across the region.

What Will Put You Ahead
Preferred Qualifications
Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills desirable.
Experience leading end-to-end, in-house recruitment within a multinational or matrixed organization.
Experience recruiting within the UAE and/or Saudi Arabia.
Experience recruiting engineering, manufacturing, industrial, commercial, digital, supply chain, corporate, or technical talent.
Demonstrated expertise in sourcing, talent mapping, direct sourcing, and proactive pipelining.
Experience supporting employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
Additional Information
This position is based onsite five days per week to enable close partnership with business leaders, hiring teams, and HR stakeholders.
