Job Title: Oracle Program Manager - CX, ERP, HCM & Release Management

Work Location/Travel: Work is remote or on-site at client location. Percentage of travel to client sites, where the travel occurs, such as locally or in specific countries or states, and whether the travel is overnight, varies.
Job Summary: The Program Manager is responsible for leading the successful delivery of complex Oracle Cloud transformation programs across Oracle CX, ERP, and HCM platforms. This role oversees multiple projects and releases simultaneously, ensuring alignment of scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, and business objectives.
The Program Manager serves as the primary liaison between executive stakeholders, clients, delivery teams, and technology leaders, driving strategic planning, program governance, release management, risk mitigation, and organizational change. The ideal candidate possesses deep experience leading Oracle Cloud implementations and enhancements, with expertise managing enterprise-wide initiatives involving Oracle CX, ERP, HCM, integrations, and cross-functional business processes.
Program Leadership & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud implementation, enhancement, upgrade, and transformation programs.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects across Oracle CX, ERP, and HCM solution portfolios.
- Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, budgets, resource forecasts, and delivery roadmaps.
- Monitor project performance and proactively manage scope, issues, risks, and dependencies.
- Ensure successful program delivery while meeting customer expectations, contractual commitments, and business objectives.
- Facilitate executive steering committee meetings and provide program-level reporting.
Release Management & Deployment Governance
- Establish and manage Oracle Cloud release management processes across multiple projects and environments.
- Develop release calendars and coordinate deployments across business and technology teams.
- Oversee release planning, environment readiness, testing activities, cutover planning, and production deployments.
- Ensure all releases comply with governance, change control, quality assurance, and risk management standards.
- Coordinate Oracle quarterly cloud updates and assess impacts on business operations and technology solutions.
- Lead go-live readiness assessments and post-production stabilization activities.
Oracle CX, ERP & HCM Program Management
- Lead Oracle Cloud programs spanning Customer Experience (CX), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and Human Capital Management (HCM).
- Oversee cross-functional business processes including customer service, sales, marketing, finance, procurement, workforce management, payroll, talent management, and human resources.
- Manage dependencies between Oracle applications and third-party integrated solutions.
- Collaborate with solution architects, functional consultants, and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
Stakeholder & Executive Management
- Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors, business leaders, and client stakeholders.
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations regarding program direction, priorities, and risk mitigation.
- Facilitate decision-making and drive resolution of escalated issues.
- Present program status, financials, risks, and milestones to executive leadership.
Agile & Delivery Excellence
- Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies as appropriate.
- Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes, governance models, and project management standards.
- Support organizational adoption of Agile best practices.
- Mentor project managers, consultants, and delivery leads.
Quality, Risk & Governance
- Establish program governance frameworks and quality standards.
- Manage issue logs, risk registers, escalation processes, and mitigation plans.
- Ensure project artifacts, compliance requirements, and quality reviews are completed.
- Support audit readiness and documentation requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 8+ years of program and project management experience leading enterprise technology initiatives.
- 5+ years managing Oracle Cloud implementation programs.
- Demonstrated experience leading projects across Oracle CX, ERP, and HCM applications.
- Strong experience with release management, deployment planning, and production cutover activities.
- Experience managing global, cross-functional delivery teams.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Scrum Master, SAFe, or Agile certification.
- Oracle Cloud certifications in CX, ERP, and/or HCM.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Consulting services and client-facing delivery experience.
- Experience managing enterprise transformation and cloud migration initiatives.

- May assist with training members of the technical staff.
