Customer Service Analyst - Intern
As part of InnoTech, the AL Maritime activity connects a wide range of global markets to essential molecules across borders and oceans. Air Liquide Maritime is organized along four business units, namely Offshore Energies, Cryogenic Supply, Global Rare Gases and Global Helium, and is also supporting OCEOS, a joint venture to offer CO2 shipping and barging services for CCS projects across Europe. The organisation has grown significantly over the last few years and regroups 10 sites located in 9 countries with more than 200 employees.
Air Liquide Maritime Sdn Bhd specializes in cryogenic tank and equipment rental for the offshore and maritime industries as well as in cryogenic transport of molecules, and provides a full range of repair and testing services.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Customer & Team Support
Customer Care: Help respond to routine customer and sales team inquiries in a friendly and timely manner.
Account Setup: Assist with creating new customer profiles and keeping account details accurate and up to date.
Issue Resolution: Work alongside our team to help look into customer questions and ensure smooth, happy outcomes.
Order Processing & Administration
Order Handling: Learn the basics of order management by helping enter sales orders and prepare draft price quotations.
Billing Support: Assist with generating and sending out standard billing documents, such as sales invoices and delivery notices.
Internal Coordination: Stay in touch with internal team members to help check on order progress and keep everything moving smoothly.
Finance & Administrative Learning
Finance Assistance: Support the finance team with light administrative tasks, such as following up on invoice statuses and clarifying basic pricing details.
Month-End Support: Help the team stay organized during month-end administrative reviews and record updates.
Procurement Basics: Get practical experience with internal buying tools by helping submit simple purchase requests and tracking receipt confirmations.

Are you a MATCH?
Bachelor's degree in Business administration or any related field
Excellent communication skills (English written and verbal), proficiency in relevant software (Microsoft), and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
