Back to all rolesEngineering - Implementation SpecialistApplyJob detailsDepartment / Service TeamRemoteFull-timeAbout the jobAs an Implementation Specialist, you will interact with Business Consultants to understand the use cases of clients and translate them into technical solutions within Sprinklr platform.What Are Your ResponsibilitiesProviding prompt, efficient, detailed, customer-oriented service to our customers.Continuously raise the bar on what defines customer service delivery.Strong teamwork - willingness and ability to get help from team members when required, and the good judgement to know when to seek help.Assuming responsibility for developing detailed knowledge about specific product lines and features on platforms we work on.Ability to define and communicate implementation requirements to other internal teams. Who You Are & What Makes You QualifiedSolid understanding of Sprinklr’s Service (Care) or Core module within Unified-CXM, including digital customer care, case management, agent workflows, automation, and reporting capabilities, is required.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.A drive to dig into the details of a system or process to solve customer problems.Uncontrollable urge to investigate and solve problems, with advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.Ability to think on your feet.Desire and ability to rapidly learn a wide variety of new technical skills.Self-motivated, takes initiative, assumes ownership.Ability to work in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills, both in written and verbal English.Previous agency experience is a plus.Permit to live and work in your country of residence is a must.You share our values Reliable, Radical, Radiant.Why you'll love Raffish AgencyWe’re a young, fast-growing team working remotely from different countries in Europe.
