As a fresh graduate embarking on the Field Service Engineer role, you will have the opportunity to chart your own career path while learning
about the Service Business Unit and the field service engineering opportunity. This opportunity provides excellent learning opportunities such
as leadership and mentoring programs, technical and product training and industry site experience. You’ll learn to demonstrate personal
leadership, teamwork and collaboration abilities, with a high level of initiative, self-confidence, and curiosity to learn in a 1-year traineeship
period.
The Field Service Engineer will focus on providing technical advice to customers including commissioning, installing, and testing of
products/equipment including Identifying and correcting more complex problems associated with start-up. Researching, evaluating, and
recommending new products or equipment upgrades that will meet customer needs. Developing on-going relationships with customers to
secure future business. The Field Service Engineer may resolve/troubleshoot implementation problems and/or train customers on the
features of the equipment they have purchased.
How you’ll make an impact:
You will perform field service operations with strong technical skills.
You will deliver outstanding services remotely or on-site, including installation, maintenance, and repairs.
You will exceed customer expectations by understanding and anticipating their needs, troubleshooting equipment failures and
proactively preventing issues.
You will identify and resolve electrical or mechanical problems with minimal assistance and develop potential sales and
business opportunities through customer knowledge.
You will suggest product and process improvements to enhance operations.
You will be assisting the Salespeople and project managers to maintain better business relationship with customers and
expand the business of transformer service.
This roll will demand travelling about 60-70% on - call/ customer priority.
You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:
You recently graduated from the undergraduate studies under Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) from a reputable institution
Flexible for business travel local or abroad.
Fluency in English both verbal and written, with good communication skills, self- motivated on new knowledge learning, good
problem solving, good team player.
