- Knowledge: Strong understanding of medical billing principles, coding, and revenue cycle management.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency with computer software applications.
- Production: Must meet the production target and quality month on month .
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues related to demo and charge entry processes.
- Data Entry: May be required to assist with demo and charge entry tasks.
Qualifications: Graduation in any stream
Experience: BPO Experience: 1-3 years
US Healthcare ; Demo & Charge entry, cash posting experience + calling experience
Communication Skill: Excellent written (documentation) and oral communication skill
