We are committed to providing services for our customers who use MSI products; allowing them to focus on their mission and enable them to respond faster. Our field teams are focused on providing services and administration of various public safety software products such as 9-1-1 Call Handling, Real-Time Crime Center, Computer Aided Dispatch, Records Management Systems, Jail Management Systems and Mobile Data Computing, among other offerings.Job DescriptionThis position will be a full-time System Administrator for PremeirOne CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch) / PremeirOne RMS (Records Management system) within the Video and Software Services (VSS) Central Region Field Services Team. CCSW is dedicated to building collaborative partnerships with our clients, understanding their unique needs and fostering long-term success through the use of Motorola Solutions products and services to support and secure current and future agency requirements.This is a remote role with frequent onsite travel to Cleveland, OH. Candidate must reside within 5 hours of Cleveland, OH.The role will be responsible for traveling to customer sites as needed to backfill for Onsite System Administrators on extended leave, providing remote backfill coverage when necessary, and providing onsite support to customer sites needing additional attention.Responsibilities:Provides tailored technical customer operations support for PremeirOne CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch) and/or PremeirOne RMS (Records Management system) Develops strategies for implementing operational efficiencies within PremeirOne CAD or RMS by reviewing workflows, procedures, and performanceAdhears to Motorola and the Customer’s Change management policies and proceduresBuilds and maintains positive, effective, and mutually beneficial working alliances with customersInitiates problem-solving action and follows through to resolutionEnsure that reported PremeirOne CAD or RMS incidents/problems are documented, analyzed, validated, and escalated (when necessary) through full resolution. Work with Customer staff to identify and resolve reported system incidents/problems.Procure and coordinate any internally resources as neededMonitor system(s) to determine any negative performance impacts, and engage appropriate resources when necessary.Run diagnostics using approved MSI tools. Assist with technical system requirements analysis. Provide system performance reporting using approved MSI tools when requested. Perform periodic system maintenance and software patching, in accordance with Motorola Solutions supplied guidelines, on physical and virtual servers covered...
