As a PDM Architect- Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing project portfolios to drive strategic business outcomes. You will oversee project selection, prioritization, and resource allocation to facilitate successful project delivery. Within our Advisory practice, you will coordinate various projects to validate they are delivered within budget and on time, leveraging your organizational and communication skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward isn’t clear. This role at PwC Acceleration Center India offers you the chance to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and inform insights and recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing project selection, prioritization, and resource allocation to drive strategic business outcomes
- Coordinating various projects to facilitate successful delivery within budget and timeline
- Leveraging organizational and communication skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively
- Utilizing Agile Methodology and Scrum Project Management to enhance project delivery processes
- Implementing project management software to track progress and manage project risks
- Developing project documentation and governance frameworks to support project management office (PMO) development
- Conducting process mapping and project scoping to optimize project workflows
- Managing project budgeting and resource management to align with strategic objectives
- Identifying and mitigating project risks through proactive risk identification and management
- Building meaningful client connections and fostering teamwork to enhance service delivery models
-Experience with pursuits, RFP / proposal work and Orals.
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
