(3rd shift) Custodian

Position Summary: A Custodian is responsible for keeping the manufacturing area and rest areas clean, stocked, and in an orderly condition.
This will be a 3rd shift position with the following hours: Monday-Thursday 7pm-5:30am
Education/Experience/Requirements
- No active written or final discipline on file.
- Good standing in attendance.
- Previous custodial experience.
- Basic knowledge of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Job Duties (Not Limited To):
- Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
- Gather and empty trash.
- Clean building floors by sweeping and mopping (using floor scrubber equipment).
- Perform basic maintenance on floor scrubber equipment including draining/emptying tanks.
- Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage and maintain safe working environment.
- Maintain cleanliness of breakroom including but not limited to cleaning the microwaves.
- Requisition supplies or equipment needed for cleaning duties.
- Organize, put away, and deliver supplies from supply pallet deliveries.
- Keep trash compactor area clean of loose debris.
- Operate leaf blower as needed.
- Assist in other production areas as necessary.

- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Works with a positive attitude and is a team player.
- Ability to lift and move moderate to heavy objects
- Has an attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to work under limited supervision.
What We Offer
Compensation: This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $18.00/hour with a shift differential of $2.00. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market, and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
