As an Oracle SCM Functional - Senior Associate, you will specialize in providing consulting services for Oracle supply chain and operations applications. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and offer training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle supply chain and operations applications. Working within our Technology Consulting practice, you will enable clients to optimize their supply chain processes, improve operational efficiency, and achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage your skills to respond effectively to diverse perspectives and needs, using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing, interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement Oracle supply chain and operations solutions effectively
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle applications
- Collaborating with clients to optimize supply chain processes and improve operational efficiency
- Utilizing Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Manufacturing Cloud to enhance client operations
- Developing data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making and process improvements
- Managing project resources and budgets to deliver client solutions on time
- Coordinating supply chain transformation initiatives to align with client objectives
- Supporting demand forecasting and inventory management to streamline operations
- Applying analytical thinking to solve complex supply chain challenges
- Leveraging Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle Management for product development and lifecycle optimization

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems

Knowledge in any one module - Order Management/Costing/Proc/Inv/Manufacturing/Planning/PDH/PLM
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Supply Chain Management or related Oracle SCM Cloud applications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
- Utilizing Oracle E-Business Suite for efficient operations processes
- Excelling in demand forecasting and planning operations
- Developing data-driven insights for supply chain transformation
- Managing procurement strategy and system implementation
