Work Location: Reynosa

Work Schedule: Monday -Thursday 6:30 p.m. - 5:30 a.m.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Support the development and implementation of environmental, health, and safety programs and initiatives.

• Identify, assess, and help mitigate workplace and environmental risks.

• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.

• Deliver training and guidance on safety practices, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and applicable regulations.

• Partner with engineering, operations, and leadership teams to strengthen workplace safety performance.

• Build relationships with community stakeholders and support environmental stewardship initiatives.

• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that enhance health, safety, and environmental outcomes.

• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Occupational Health, or a related field.

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in environmental, health, and safety roles.

• Knowledge of environmental and occupational health and safety regulations and standards.

• Experience conducting incident investigations, risk assessments, and compliance audits.

• Strong communication and training skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.

• Ability to work independently with general supervision while managing complex issues and priorities.
