Work Location: Reynosa
Work Schedule: Monday -Thursday 6:30 p.m. - 5:30 a.m.

How You'll Make an Impact
Support the development and implementation of environmental, health, and safety programs and initiatives.
Identify, assess, and help mitigate workplace and environmental risks.
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
Deliver training and guidance on safety practices, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and applicable regulations.
Partner with engineering, operations, and leadership teams to strengthen workplace safety performance.
Build relationships with community stakeholders and support environmental stewardship initiatives.
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that enhance health, safety, and environmental outcomes.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Occupational Health, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of professional experience in environmental, health, and safety roles.
Knowledge of environmental and occupational health and safety regulations and standards.
Experience conducting incident investigations, risk assessments, and compliance audits.
Strong communication and training skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
Ability to work independently with general supervision while managing complex issues and priorities.
