Specialist, Sourcing Analytics

Boulder, CO · New York, NY$94.8k–$117kPosted Aug 5, 2026

We're hiring a Specialist to join our Supply Chain Analytics team, within the broader NA Supply Chain Enablement and Insights organization. This role sits at the intersection of procurement, cost reporting, and budgeting – owning the pricing and budget analytics that Procurement and Finance leadership rely on to make high-stakes decisions on material costs, supply risk, and spend. In order to continuously improve and evolve, we work cross-functionally across the business from procurement to purchasing to finance, and leverage a modern tech stack to automate and improve our tools.

To succeed, you'll need a strong sense of ownership, sharp analytical and organizational abilities, and a genuine interest in turning ambiguous, high-complexity procurement data into insights and decisions leadership can trust.

You will:

  • Own and manage the ingredient static-pricing process – managing the quarterly SKU pricing refresh and ensuring pricing updates flow accurately into downstream systems, so new and relaunched SKUs get accurate cost estimates without holding up menu lock
  • Build and maintain ingredient and packaging budget files across the annual and mid-year budget cycles, including variance analysis and risk/opportunity reporting for leadership
  • Own weekly tariff and PO-price-variance reporting that feeds the COGS/weekly business review narrative for procurement and finance stakeholders
  • Maintain the SKU Supply Health Scorecard and related data feeds that support menu-lock review and vendor/allocation decisions
  • Partner cross-functionally with Procurement, Finance, and Planning teams to keep pricing, budgeting, and inflation-tracking processes accurate and running on cadence
  • Continuously improve and automate manual, spreadsheet-based processes as the team's tooling and tech stack mature
  • Proactively identify and communicate actionable, data-driven insights to internal partners, including senior and executive leadership

You are:

  • A natural owner – You are reliable and thoughtful in managing your responsibilities, you care about the outcome and quality of your work, and you earn the trust of your colleagues
  • Data-driven – You can organize, analyze, and synthesize ambiguous, unstructured datasets into clear, actionable insights that inform high-stakes business decisions
  • Intellectually curious – You have an insatiable desire to understand how things work and why, and you consistently challenge the status quo
  • Detail-oriented – You possess strong organizational skills and a methodical approach to all your work, especially where accuracy has downstream financial impact
  • Agile and organized – You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments, can multitask across concurrent recurring cycles, and are comfortable working autonomously
  • A self-starter – You are highly motivated and eager to take on new projects without knowing exactly what you'll uncover
  • An excellent communicator – You can explain complex, technical information to a variety of audiences, including senior leadership

You have:

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in an advanced analytical capacity (preparing complex reports, budgets, and data visualizations), and/or 2-3 years of management consulting experience
  • Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain, Business, Math, Engineering, Data/Computer Science, or other relevant area of study
  • Proficiency with SQL to independently query, validate, and maintain production data pipelines and reporting
  • Advanced fluency in spreadsheet modeling and data analytics (Excel and/or Google Sheets); experience automating within spreadsheets (e.g. Apps Script) is a plus
  • Experience with a high-level programming language (e.g. Python) and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau) is a plus
  • Familiarity with cost accounting, budgeting, or procurement/supply-chain analytics – or a strong interest in developing this understanding
  • Fluent in English

You’ll get:

  • Competitive salary, 401k with company match that vests immediately upon participation
  • Generous PTO and parental leave of up to 16 weeks
  • Comprehensive health and wellness benefits with options at $0 monthly, effective first day of employment
  • Up to 85% discount on subscriptions to HelloFresh (including other product discounts in our family of brands)
  • Access to 6 different Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) including those for minorities, women, veterans, parents, and LGBTQ+
  • Inclusive, collaborative, and dynamic work environment within a fast-paced, mission-driven company
