Job Description
As our Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for leading country procurement efforts to efficiently and effectively maximize value from suppliers and meet the company's objectives. This role provides procurement support across EU sites, specifically covering Poland, the Netherlands, Germany and France. You will establish strong procurement foundations, optimize supplier relationships, and lead strategic cost-saving and growth initiatives by consolidating the supplier base, identifying and onboarding new suppliers, leading contract negotiations, and securing procurement-driven growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
This is a fully remote position located at our Wroclaw, Poland facility.
- Consolidate the existing supplier base to drive efficiency, standardize processes, and maximize commercial leverage.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-quality new suppliers when cost-saving or value-creation opportunities are identified.
- Lead commercial negotiations with key vendors to secure optimal pricing, favorable payment terms, and strong contractual commitments.
- Identify and capture procurement-wise growth opportunities to build robust procurement foundations across the business unit.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with key internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business goals and operational needs.
Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years proven professional experience in procurement management, strategic sourcing, or vendor management within an international matrix environment.
- Strong background in supplier base consolidation, contract negotiations, and cost-reduction strategies.
- Solid track record of supplier onboarding, risk assessment, and supplier performance evaluation.
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Dutch or Polish fluency will be a plus.
