The Transformation PMO will be responsible for driving governance, planning, reporting, and execution oversight across the transformation portfolio. The role will partner with transformation leads, process owners, delivery teams, technology SMEs, and client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of transformation initiatives, realization of business benefits, and adherence to governance standards. The incumbent will act as the central coordination point for transformation programs, maintaining project plans, tracking value realization, managing risks and dependencies, supporting stakeholder communications, and enabling effective decision-making through data-driven reporting and governance. In this role, you will be expected to develop transformation vision, assess vision feasibility and capability gaps, plan journey management. Also, translate economic trends into industry competitive advantage, transform a business to enable profitable & sustainable growth.
What are we looking for? • Bachelor s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline • 8–12 years of overall experience • 5+ years of PMO, Program Management, or Transformation experience • Experience in Finance Transformation programs • Strong understanding of Finance processes • Experience supporting large-scale global transformation initiatives • MBA / PMP / PRINCE2 certification preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities: • Establish and manage transformation governance forums and operating cadence • Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and executive governance meetings • Track transformation roadmap execution across all initiatives • Ensure compliance with agreed project management and transformation methodologies • Drive action closure and governance discipline across stakeholders • Maintain the integrated transformation portfolio and project pipeline • Track project status, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables • Monitor project health and escalate risks proactively • Support project mobilization, planning, and closure activities • Ensure alignment of initiatives with strategic transformation objectives • Monitor productivity and value realization commitments • Track business case assumptions, benefits, and savings realization • Manage transformation KPI dashboards and reporting • Validate benefit realization with service line and finance leadership • Provide visibility of gaps against transformation targets • Prepare executive dashboards and leadership updates • Consolidate transformation status, risks, achievements, and upcoming milestones • Support preparation of steering committee materials and governance packs • Generate insights on progress, productivity, adoption, and value realization • Maintain reporting standards across initiatives • Maintain RAID (Risk, Assumption, Issue, Dependency) logs • Track cross-functional dependencies involving technology, operations, controls, and business teams • Facilitate mitigation planning and issue resolution • Support escalation management and decision tracking • Maintain project artifacts including Transformation Roadmaps, Project Charters, Business Requirements Documents, Governance Packs, Status Reports, Benefits Trackers, Resource Plans • Ensure version control and documentation compliance
