About the job

AI アウトカム カスタマー エンジニア（フォワード デプロイ エンジニアリング）は、エンタープライズ アーキテクト、技術デバッガ、エンジニアリング リエゾンの役割と責任を担うポジションです。プリセールス契約の合意形成とポストセールスの実行の橋渡し役となります。戦略的アカウントの技術評価フェーズで契約サイクルに入り、導入・活用、迅速な有効化、実現可能なデリバリーという視点から厳格にソリューションを形作っていく役割を担っていただきます。

コースを計画する包括的なエンタープライズ アーキテクトであり、テクニカル デリバリー マネージャーとなります。また、技術設計、体系的なデバッグ、プロダクトとエンジニアリングの統合、戦略的なフォワード デプロイ エンジニアリング（FDE）の調整も職務の一貫です。これらの画期的な技術が実際にお客様の IT エコシステムにどのように統合されるか（コネクタ、ID、データ所在地、法的制約）を設計し、技術的なデリバリー戦略を一気通貫で推進していただきます。

Responsibilities

• 技術評価フェーズでは、アカウント チームおよびプラクティス カスタマー エンジニア（CE）と連携して、プロジェクトの実現可能性を評価し、長期的な導入に向けた提案を策定し、FDE エンゲージメント リクエストを検証する。

• エンタープライズ グレードの AI ソリューションの技術設計を先頭に立って推進し、モデル、エージェント、コネクタを既存の顧客データ パイプライン、ID プロバイダ、コンプライアンス境界にシームレスかつ安全に統合する。

• コードレベルで状況を深く把握することで、お客様の複雑な実装の問題を診断・解決し、コアプロダクトのバグの特定や、実行の阻害要素を解消する回避策をテストする。

• プロダクトとエンジニアリングのコアチームに対する中心的な窓口となり、デプロイの構造的な阻害要因をトラブルシューティングし、現場からのフィードバックを具体的な機能リクエストに落とし込む。

• 技術的なオーソリティとアーキテクチャの先見性をもって実装戦略を主導し、顧客対応チームとともにデリバリーの技術的な実現可能性に責任を持つ。
