What You Can Expect

As an Order Management Specialist, you will manage the end-to-end order process for sales and consignment orders within an assigned Region in France. Working closely with Customer Service Teams and warehouses, you will ensure orders are processed accurately, delivered on time, and aligned with our quality standards and KPI targets.

How You'll Create Impact

  • Process sales and consignment orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely fulfilment and proactive resolution of any order exceptions.
  • Manage customer consignment replenishment requests and purchase orders, entering all relevant information into SAP.
  • Coordinate order fulfilment with warehouses and create accurate invoices.
  • Drive order accuracy and support the achievement of key performance indicators, including delivery timelines, invoice quality, and complaint resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Service teams to resolve issues quickly.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What Makes You Stand Out

  • High School Diploma, University Degree, or equivalent qualification.
  • Initial experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or a Shared Services environment.
  • Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken).
  • Good knowledge of standard IT applications; SAP experience is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a high-volume environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work successfully with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds.
